Having a Local Dealer in a customer’s own country / territory immediately offers a much more personal service so that we can identify parts they need correctly with no misinterpretation, helping quickly and efficiently.
Dealers who are experts within their own territories. Country and cultural procedures / policies differ around the world. Our FDC Dealers provide this additional layer of service, so customers feel reassured when purchasing an FDC product.
Access to the entire FDC Range. We work closely with all our FDC Dealers, providing technical data and system training to ensure they are fully equipped to meet all customer requirements. This includes access to our purpose-built database that lists thousands of final drive and swing drive solutions as well as countless technical drawings and parts lists.
Hassle free deliveries. FDC is an international brand, but when a customer is dealing directly with one of our Dealers, delivery is simple. Our Dealers either hold FDC stock in their own warehouses for direct shipments or work with customers to ensure any relevant paperwork and customs clearance is dealt with for smooth transit of parts.
Price promise. When purchasing from an Approved FDC Dealer in their territory, customers will not get better pricing on FDC products anywhere else.
